Terms & Conditions
Defined scope + defined deliverables + defined revisions + defined timeline + defined price. These terms protect both the customer and GreatWeb.
1. Scope
Every project is defined by the package or written quotation accepted. Page counts, article counts, keyword limits, revision rounds and timelines are stated per package. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
2. Payment
- Projects below ₹10,000: 50% advance; 50% before final delivery.
- Projects ₹10,000 and above: 50% advance; 30% after design approval; 20% before launch.
- Monthly SEO is paid before each monthly service period.
- Final payment is due before production launch, final handover, or transfer of final deliverables where applicable.
3. Project start
The timeline starts only after: 1) advance payment, 2) scope confirmation, 3) required content received, 4) required access / credentials received. Client delays may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Revisions
Included revisions are limited by package. A revision means: Reasonable changes to an existing approved design or content within the agreed scope.
The following are not revisions and require an additional quotation:
- New page
- New feature
- New functionality
- Completely new design
- Complete colour redesign after approval
- Change of platform
- Major content rewrite
- Change in project direction
5. Post-launch support
Every website includes 7 days of basic bug support covering genuine bugs related to the delivered scope. It does not include: new pages, new functionality, redesign, seo, new content, third-party changes. Additional work is billed separately.
6. Content responsibility
Unless included in the package, the client provides: business information, services, prices, address, phone, email, images, product details, legal information. GreatWeb formats and places supplied content. Full copywriting is quoted separately.
7. Domain, hosting and third-party charges
Domain and hosting are not included by default. The following third-party charges are always separate: domain, hosting, ssl, premium themes, plugins, apis, email services, payment gateway, licensed images.
8. Images
Only client-provided images, properly licensed stock images or original visuals are used. Copyrighted images are never used without permission.
9. SEO
SEO is a long-term process. Search rankings depend on competition, search behaviour, website quality, content, technical factors and search-engine algorithm changes. No specific ranking position or traffic level is guaranteed.
10. What is not offered
Enterprise plans, enterprise consulting, large-team services, unlimited revisions, unlimited content, unlimited SEO work and 24/7 support are not offered.
11. Maintenance
Website Care (₹999/month) covers up to 2 hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over.
