Refund Policy
Plain rules, stated before you pay.
Advance payments
The advance secures the project slot and covers discovery and planning. If GreatWeb has not started work, the advance is refundable in full on request within 7 days of payment. Once work has begun (planning, design or writing), the advance is non-refundable, because that time has been spent on your project.
Delivered work
Payments for delivered milestones (design approval, launched pages, delivered articles, completed SEO months) are not refundable. If a delivered item has a genuine defect within the agreed scope, it is fixed under the 7-day bug support at no charge.
Monthly SEO
SEO is paid before each monthly period. A month that has started is not refundable. You may stop at any time before the next month is billed — there is no lock-in.
Cancellation by GreatWeb
If GreatWeb cannot deliver an agreed scope for any reason on its side, any unearned part of your payment is refunded in full.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, plugins, licences and other third-party purchases made on your behalf are governed by the provider's own refund terms.
How to request
Email hello@greatweb.4ab.in with the invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
